Job Description & Summary About the team We help integrate security elements efficiently and reliably into our clients’ technology environments. Our goal is to ensure that changes affecting the IT environment are secure while enabling clients to realise value from their investments quickly.

You’ll join the Identity and Cloud Security team, which focuses on identity, Privileged Access Management (PAM) and cloud security and is part of our broader Cyber Security team.

About your manager Richard Preisinger is a Team Leader within the Identity and Cloud Security team at PwC, specialising in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity & Access Management (IAM). With more than 8 years of cybersecurity experience, he leads a team delivering large-scale PAM and IAM solutions for international clients across cloud, hybrid and OT environments.

Richard combines strong technical expertise with a pragmatic leadership style focused on quality delivery, mentoring team members and translating complex security challenges into effective, business-aligned solutions.

Job description & summary As an Idira (formerly CyberArk) PAM Consultant, you will work on diverse client projects, helping maintain, operate and expand existing Idira / CyberArk Privilege Cloud environments.

This is primarily a hands-on technical role covering Idira capabilities such as Privilege Cloud, Secrets Manager, Workforce Password Management (WPM), Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA) and related integrations.

You will: Operate, maintain and continuously improve existing Idira / CyberArk Privilege Cloud solutions and support the expansion of PAM coverage by onboarding privileged accounts and applications. Configure and maintain Idira / CyberArk components, policies, account platforms and related integrations.

Investigate and resolve incidents, operational issues, integration failures and platform-related defects. Plan, test, document and implement configuration changes, product updates and technical improvements using clients’ change-management processes.

Cooperate with clients’ security, infrastructure, application and operations teams to translate technical requirements into sustainable PAM solutions. What matters to us We don’t expect you to master every area from day one.

What matters most is practical Idira / CyberArk experience, technical ownership and a willingness to keep developing across different client environments. Hands-on experience with PAM solutions, preferably Idira / CyberArk Privilege Cloud or Idira / CyberArk PAM Self-Hosted.

Understanding of privileged account lifecycle management, credential rotation, session control, account onboarding, and access governance. Experience configuring or supporting Idira / CyberArk safes, platforms, policies, users, permissions, and system integrations.

Ability to troubleshoot across applications, operating systems, networks, directories, and security controls. A consistent, reliable, and professional approach with a strong sense of ownership and attention to security. Professional proficiency in English and Czech.

What will help you stand out CyberArk vendor certification or relevant hands-on training. Practical experience with Idira / CyberArk PAM solutions, Secrets Manager or Secrets Hub.

Experience integrating Idira / CyberArk with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, cloud services, applications, databases or infrastructure platforms. Knowledge of APIs, scripting or automation practices relevant to PAM operations.

Understanding of Zero Trust, least privilege, segregation of duties, auditability and security-control requirements. Why you’ll love working here Professional growth that matches your ambitions and pace. Gain in months the kind of experience that can take years to build elsewhere. Fair pay with no gaps.
