Full description

## About the role

At HIVE we’re building the software that lets humanoid robots work alongside people. To do that, our robots need to be in good shape every day. As a student worker you’ll be part of the team that looks after our humanoid fleet, getting hands-on with real robots while you study.

You don’t need to know it all from day one. We’ll train you, and you’ll pick up a lot as you go.

## What you’ll do

  • Solder, connect, replace and repair electronic and mechanical robot parts
  • Design and build hardware and electronics for our robots, such as circuits, mounts and other small solutions
  • Help with routine maintenance and inspections of our robots
  • Assist with calibration and testing
  • Keep service logs up to date

## Who you are

  • A student in electrical, electronics or mechatronics, or a related field, at university or technical school
  • Someone who loves hardware and enjoys working with your hands
  • Careful and organised

## What we expect

  • Soldering or basic electronics experience
  • Minimum 10 hours a week, spread multiple days (typically half days)
  • Living in Denmark and able to work on site in Kongens Lyngby
  • Our team is international, so our internal language is English

## Nice to have

  • CAD or 3D printing
  • Projects involving robots, drones or other hardware you’ve built or fixed

## What we offer

  • Hands-on experience with humanoid robots
  • Hours planned around your studies
  • A small team where you’ll learn from engineers working on real robotics problems
  • Training in safety, maintenance and robot hardware
