A strong foundation for your career
As a Junior Associate or Junior Commercial Law Associate, you will have the opportunity to quickly put your knowledge into practice. You will work on real matters for Danish and international clients and gain insight into the decisions and issues where the law needs to work in practice.
You will start with defined tasks and gradually take on responsibility for larger parts of matters. As you progress, you will work on increasingly complex issues and develop your professional expertise, your understanding of clients’ businesses and your ability to provide high-quality advice.
You will not be expected to take on responsibility alone. You will work closely with experienced colleagues who involve you in their work, provide regular feedback and discuss your matters with you. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to shape your professional profile and specialise in the areas that interest you.
You will also become part of a strong professional and social community across the firm. We share knowledge, learn from each other and work closely together – both on matters and in our day-to-day work.

From the outset, you will be equipped to use AI as part of your legal methodology. You will learn not only how to use the technology, but also how to assess its output, add legal value and ensure the quality our clients expect.

You will become part of an active Junior Associate community where colleagues share experiences, discuss matters and support each other. At the same time, you will work closely with colleagues across teams and areas of expertise.
